WILD FREE RANGE HOG HUNTS
Kenedy/Karnes City, Karnes County, South Texas

Come hunt truly wild hogs in rugged creek bottoms and South Texas brush.

Bucker Creek is Mecca if you're a wild pasture rooting free range hog or a hunter seeking a free range hog hunting thrill.

Named for the creek that runs through it, Bucker Creek is a natural thoroughfare and bedding area for wild hogs. With rugged creek bottom land and thick South Texas brush, Bucker Creek is the stomping grounds for the tusky rooter. Whether you call them feral hogs, wild pigs, Russian boars, piney wood rooters or South Texas grizzly bears, we have them in the wild.

We don't practice catch and release. These hogs have not been trapped on other ranches and released on Bucker Creek. We have too many hogs already and they are making more. This is where you come in, but don't think it will be too easy. These hogs keep their own schedules and go where they want. They want to be here at Bucker Creek. We want you to be here. Come for a challenging hunt and leave knowing you made our part of Texas a little better.

We are not a high volume type of ranch either. Chances are you will not come driving in as another group is leaving. Our mission is not to become a day hunting ranch that operates every day, year round. Our mission is to offer a good hunting experience to a limited number of hunters who enjoy being out as much as we do. Hunts are not booked each week and will rarely be booked more than twice a month.

Hunt from box blinds and pop-up blinds overlooking feeders or if you wish, we'll sit you in the deep bottom behind a log waiting for hogs as they travel up and down Bucker Creek or muddy up in their favorite hog wallow.

Maybe your group would rather fish in our bass pond or relax all day and hunt at night. Feeders equipped with night lights allow hunting to last all night, when you are most likely to see monster hogs. You have many options and you will stay as busy or as relaxed as you like.

Don't expect it to be easy.

IT AIN'T GROCERY SHOPPING. IT'S HUNTING!
