RATES FOR HOG HUNTING:
$150.00 per day per person with a two day minimum for a semi-guided hunt. We provide transportation to and from the hunting blinds.
Each paying guest is invited to stay at the three bedroom, three bath ranch house with the host at no additional charge. Non-hunters are welcome at the
rate of $50.00 per day.
If you wish to go into town for food, we can recommend Jerry B’s. My family eats there quite often. They are located at 4531 S Highway 181, Kenedy,

$100.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your hunt for each member in your group. You will also be required to sign a Release of
Liability form prior to or at the time of your arrival.
Hunters are allowed to take one hog per day regardless of weight. Additional hogs may be taken each day for a $1.00 per pound.
If a hog is wounded, it is deemed a killed hog. Great effort will be taken to find any wounded animal.
This is not a guaranteed hunt and it ain't grocery shopping. It's hunting. These hogs are free roaming and keep their own schedules. While hogs are often
seen in the middle of the day, like most hunting situations, hogs tends to come out early and late. The terrain is uneven and the brush and creek bottoms
are thick. Night hunting is allowed from our blinds for those serious about killing hogs, especially big ones.
If you need or desire assistance skinning and quartering your hog, this may be done at an expense of $35.00 per hog.
RATES FOR DEER OR TURKEY HUNTING:
A very limited number of hunts are available for deer and turkey and are often reserved well in advance of the season. If you desire to hunt deer or turkey
in season, please contact Randy Livingston. These hunts are offered and priced each year based upon a number of factors, largely dictated by recent weather.
RULES:
- You must possess a valid Texas hunting license. You may go to the
Texas
Parks & Wildlife website for more information.
- Firearms must be unloaded and open at all times unless in the hunting blind or stand.
- Do not bring the arsenal. Bring just the bow or gun you are going to use to hunt.
- Do not drive on the ranch except to arrive or depart the ranch.
- No drinking in field or when handling firearms. Once the bows and firearms are put away, then you may
relax with a beverage of your choice (not provided).
- Stay away from the cattle. They will be in a pasture separated from the rest of the ranch and will not interfere with your hunt.
- Listen and follow the directions of your host. He is there to make your trip as enjoyable as possible and wants
you to be safe.
This is the blue indigo snake. They are somewhat rare & beneficial to our place as they eat rattlesnakes. Please don't
kill them.
